Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the title compound useful as an agricultural bactericide excellent in efficacy, safety and practicability, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective compound of formula I (X is H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, mono- to tri-substituted halogenoalkyl, halogen, substituted or non-substituted phenyl, phenoxy or 1 to 5 substituents selected from heterocyclic residues; Y is CH or N; A is of formula II or IV; R1 is H or alkyl; B is O, S or NR3; R2 and R3 are each H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, phenyl, benzyl or acyl; m and n are each 0 or 1), for example, N-methyl-3-[2- isopropyloxyphenoxymethyl)phenyl]-2-methoxyimino-thioacetamide. Of the objective compounds, a compound of formula I'a can be obtained by reaction of a compound of formula with hydrogen sulfide in an appropriate organic solvent in the presence of a base at room temperature to 180°C for 30min to 24hr.
