Abstract:
To provide a phosphor applying nozzle plate and a phosphor applying nozzle capable of suppressing abrasion of a discharge port caused by aluminum oxide as a component of a phosphor in a coating device for applying the phosphor, and capable of preventing coating failure.
A phosphor applying nozzle plate includes a plate body 1, and a plurality of discharge ports 2 penetrating the plate body and arranged in one row, and a high hardness region B having hardness relatively higher than an outlet inner wall part positioned in an outlet side opening 2b of an inner wall is formed in an inlet inner wall part positioned in an inlet side opening 2a of the inner wall of the discharge port.
