PURPOSE: To improve the brightness of a fluorescent layer by coating phosphor particles with liquid high induction resin, and equally dispersing the particles formed in a capsule structure through thermosetting resin.
CONSTITUTION: Liquid high induction resin 2 is stuck to a phosphor 1 for an organic dispersion type EL, for which activator such as copper or manganese and reactivator such as chroline and bromine are doped in a ZnS particle, and a thermosetting resin 3 is applied thereupon, and hardened. As the resin 2, 0.1-5 weight% of the phosphor weight such as cyanoethylene saccharose and the like is diluted almost by six times by a solvent such as acetone, and after it is impregnated in the phosphor, it is heated, so as to evaporate the solvent. 0.01-1 weight % moisture hardening hexamethylene diisocyanate and the like to the phosphor weight of resin 3 is diluted and impregnated by a nonpolar solvent of six times such as benzene, and then heated, so as to evaporate the solvent.
