Abstract:
To provide: a novel phosphorus compound having a triazine ring; a synthesis method for the phosphorus compound; a flame retardant containing the phosphorus compound; and a resin composition containing the phosphorus compound and a resin component, and further provide a prepreg, a metal foil with resin, a thermosetting resin film, a metal-clad laminate, a printed wiring board, and an adhesive, each including the resin composition.SOLUTION: The present invention pertains to a phosphorus compound having a triazine ring represented by chemical formula (I) (where, R1 and R2 independently represent H, a C1-20 alkyl group, an aryl group, a benzyl group, a hydroxy group, a C1-20 alkoxy group, an aryloxy group or a benzyloxy group or the like; R3 independently represent a C2-20 alkenyl group, a C2-20 alkynyl group or the like; R4 independently represent H, a C1-20 alkyl group, an aryl group, a benzyl group, a hydroxy group, a C1-20 alkoxy group, an aryloxy group or the like).SELECTED DRAWING: None
