Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the accuracy of a three dimensional rigid body is lowered with an increase in photo-curing depth due to a higher exposure level when a radiation beam is made to travel the interior of a thin layer at a lower travel speed, in a method or device for forming the three dimensional rigid body by irradiating a curable liquid composition with the radiation beam so as to photo-cure the thin layer and laminating the layer sequentially.
SOLUTION: The exposure level of the radiation beam is made constant regardless of change in beam travel speed by forming the radiation beam into a pulsed beam and controlling its pulse interval and pulse width in concert with a surface moving speed of the radiation beam on the curable liquid composition.
