Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device for a gas temperature which provides same measurement works in setting a visualization region in a low pressure environment such as a vacuum chamber or another measuring environment.
SOLUTION: In a device for measuring the temperature of gas in a gas container 1 based on an visualized picture according to the intensity of scattered light, a space 31a whose inside is filled with a prescribed gas is provided in an advancing path of the beltlike light right before incident to a first transmission window and a reference cell 31 for referring the scattered light of the beltlike light 2 by the gas from the outside is provided, so that, even when the reference cell 31 is installed in the vacuum chamber, the measurement work can be accurately implemented.
