Abstract:

To decompose a decomposition target gas efficiently while controlling outward diffusion of intermediates produced in photolysis.

A photocatalyst contains an allophane and titanium oxide in a blend ratio of 10-60 in terms of the Ti/Al ratio. A method of producing it and a method of decomposing trichloroethylene using it are also provided.
