Abstract:
To provide a photochromic film superior in light responsiveness, and to provide a photochromic lens with the photochromic film.
The photochromic film contains a photochromic dye and resin component. At least one side A of the film has an ultrafine-indentation hardness of 800 nm. The photochromic lens has the photochromic film on a lens base. The photochromic film is the above photochromic film, and the side A is arranged on the lens base so as to be located on the incident plane side.
