PURPOSE: To permit exposing and plate making without forming a negative film by using tempered glass to form a cylinder in a magazine, mounting a lamp on the center in the inside thereof, providing a shutter adjustable in exposing time thereon and exposing reverse characters to a material to be exposed.

CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical part which can mount a photosensitive planar resin on the magazine is made of the tempered glass and the lamp which emits UV light is mounted on the center thereof. The lamp is so mounted that the pack exposing of the material to be exposed can be made at need. A character plate is so formed that the characters are reverse with respect to the material to be exposed. The shutter is constructed to permit free selection of the adjustment of the exposing time according to the thickness of the material to be exposed. The quick and inexpensive plate making is thereby permitted.
