To provide a curable resin composition which can produce a high refractive index film having visible light transmission and high hardness.

The photocurable resin composition contains following components (A) and (B). Component (A): a metal alkoxide represented by formula (1) or its hydrolyzed compound. In the formula (1), R1 is a substituent having a radical polymerizable vinyl group, R2is a 1-5C saturated hydrocarbon group, M is at least one kind of metal atoms selected from the group consisting of Ti, Sb, W, Zr, Ce, Sn and Fe, and the sum of m and n is the valence of the metal M. Component (B): a fluorene derivative represented by formula (2). In the formula (2), R3 and R4 are each independently a (meth)acryloyloxy group, a (meth)acryloyloxyalkoxy group, or a polyalkyleneoxy group substituted with a (meth)acryloyloxy group at the terminal.
