Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition excellent in preservation stability and capable of forming baked coating film with sufficient blackness after baked without impairing its excellent adhesiveness to a substrate, resolution and bakability in respective steps of drying, exposure, development and baking, and to provide a plasma display panel(PDP) having a lower layer (black layer) electrode circuit formed using the above resin composition.
SOLUTION: A fundamental 1st embodiment of this photocurable resin composition comprises (A) tricobalt tetroxide (Co3O4) black microparticles, (B) an organic binder, (C) a photopolymerizable monomer and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. A 2nd embodiment of this composition comprises (E) inorganic microparticles besides the above four components. The lower layer (black layer) electrode circuit of the other objective PDP is formed by coating such a photocurable resin composition as described above onto the transparent electrode of a front glass substrate followed by exposure in accordance with a specified pattern, development and baking.
