PURPOSE: To obtain the subject compsn. useful for pigments, etc., which is usable in a solvent-free system, friendly to the environment, and capable of forming, by irradiation of a radiation ray, a coating excellent in flexibility, adhesion water resistance, heat resistance, etc., the compsn. being produced by comprising specific amts. of a plural no. of specific epoxy compds. and photopolymerization initiators.

CONSTITUTION: This photocurable resin compsn. comprises (A) 99.9-0.1 pts.wt. of an epoxy compd, having two or more alicyclic epoxy groups such as a compd. of formula I [wherein R is an {alicyclic epoxy group contg.) 1-30 C hydrocarbon group; A is a group of the formula: -O-(CR1R2)a-CO- (where R1 and R2 are each H or 1-9C alkyl; and a is 4-8); Y is a group of formula II (where R11-R19 are each R1); m≥1 and R is an alicyclic epoxy group contg. 1-30C hydrocarbon group when m=1; and nm≥0], and (B) 0.1-99.9 pts.wt. of an epoxy compd. having a (meth)acryl group and an alicyclic epoxy group in the molecule, and (C) 0.1-20.0 pts. of a photocationic polymerization initiator and (D) 0.1-20.0 pts. of a photoradical polymerization initiator, both C and D based on A+B=100 pts.
