Abstract:
To provide a photoelectric conversion element excellent in durability.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element includes at least: a pair of electrodes consisting of an upper electrode and a lower electrode; and an active layer containing an organic-inorganic hybrid semiconductor compound and a buffer layer which are arranged between the pair of electrodes. At least one of the pair of electrodes includes at least a metal layer and a first metal oxide layer arranged between the metal layer and the buffer layer.
