Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element in which thermal stress can be reduced between a first collector electrode and the light-receiving surface of the photoelectric conversion element, when solder joining the first collector electrode and a second collector electrode.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element includes a plurality of linear first collector electrodes 1, each having a minimum position where the width W1 and the thickness have minimum values, arranged approximately in parallel, and arranged in the way of the longitudinal direction. The photoelectric conversion element has a minimum position region where the minimum positions of the plurality of first collector electrodes 1 are arranged in the arrangement direction of the first collector electrodes 1, and linear second collector electrodes 2 for bonding the plurality of first collector electrodes 1 are arranged on the minimum position region.
