Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent crosstalk between common use readout wires by arranging the common use gate wire between common use readout wires so as to act the common use gate wire like a shield wire. CONSTITUTION:The converter consists of a drive circuit 1, blocks 2-1-2-n, a readout circuit 3, a power supply 4 and wire groups 5, 6. Then a gate wire to operate a switch section in one and same block is used in common for plural switch sections and readout wires from the switch section for each sensor element corresponding to each block are used in common in a form of a matrix and the gate wire is arranged between adjacent common use readout wires of the matrix wire. The common use gate wire is arranged between the common use readout wires in this way to act the gate wire like a shield wire, then the capacitive coupling between the common use readout wires is eliminated thereby reducing crosstalk.
