Abstract:
To provide a photoelectric conversion device in which signal quality deterioration caused by power potential variation is reduced.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprises: a pixel array in which pixels each including a photoelectric conversion element are arrayed so as to make a plurality of columns; signal lines arranged corresponding to one of the columns in the pixel array to output signals from the pixels; a current source for supplying a driving current to the signal lines; a current adjustment unit which controls the driving current to be a current amount including a first current amount and a second current amount larger than the first current amount; and an assisting element which assists variation of a current flowing through the signal lines, in variation from the first current amount to the second current amount of the driving current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
