Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sulfuration resistance of a lower electrode in a photoelectric element including a light-absorbing layer made of a sulfide-based compound semiconductor.SOLUTION: A photoelectric element includes: a substrate made of alkali glass; a lower electrode formed on a surface of the substrate; and a light-absorbing layer formed on a surface of the lower electrode and made of a sulfide-based compound semiconductor. The lower electrode includes: a first electrode layer formed on the substrate side and made of a metal material containing one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Mo, Ti, Zr, Hf, Ta, Nb and W; and a second electrode layer formed on the light-absorbing layer side and made of crystalline ZrB.
