Abstract:
PURPOSE:To extract a photoelectric signal at high speed with high fidelity by decreasing a junction capacitance in a MOS transistor (TR) being most part of a leakage capacitance in a signal read wire. CONSTITUTION:When a readout switch 2i is turned on sequentially by a scanning command SS, a readout current signal RS is given from each capacitor Ci via the readout switch 2i and given to one input of an operational amplifier 41 of a current amplifier circuit 40. A bias potential BP from a potential provision means 50 is given to the other input of the operational amplifier 41. An amplifier having a high gain and an excellent high frequency characteristic is used for the operational amplifier 41 and a resistor having a comparatively low resistance is used for a feedback resistor 42. Thus, the leakage capacitance of a signal readout line 30 is reduced and a signal with high fidelity is extracted.
