Abstract:
To provide a sufficient COSθ-dependent angular characteristic and improve reliability.
A photoelectric surface 5 is arranged close to a light incident surface plate 2, and the photoelectric surface 5 is limited to be smaller than a light transmission part in the light incident surface plate 2 by means of a mask 12 arranged in the photoelectric surface 5, so that light is received over the whole of the photoelectric surface 5 substantially when light is incident on the light incident surface plate 2 in either of the vertical direction or the diagonal direction. In addition, the circumference of an effective photoelectric surface is thickened for reinforcement by means of the mask 12.
