This photographic device includes: a traveling part 3 that is provided with a crawler 21 having a magnetic force and can travel the surface (the surface of a magnetic substance) 13a of a tower part 13 by an operation of a remote manipulation part; a turntable 3 that is connected to the traveling part 3 and is rotatable about a rotary shaft orthogonally crossing with the surface 13a of the tower part 13 by the operation of the remote manipulation part; an arm part 4 that has a base end 4a connected to the turntable 3 and a tip end 4b being movable from the turntable 3 to a desired position by the remote manipulation; a photographing part 5 that is connected to the tip end 4b of the arm part 4 and can photograph an object by the operation of the remote manipulation part; and a position adjusting part 6 that can adjust a distance and an angle between the photographing part 5 and the object by the operation of the remote manipulation part.
