A foreign matter flowing-out preventing projection 35b catching the needle-like chips produced when the catch 35 and the part to be locked 37 are engaged is integrally projectingly formed at one chevron inclined surface of the projecting part 35a of the catch 35 so as to form a V-shaped space for catching the chips at the engaged part when the catch 35 is engaged with the part to be locked 37. By forming the projection 35b at one part of the projection part 35a of the catch 35, the chips 60 are caught in the V-shaped space formed by the projection 35b even when the chips 60 are produced due to that one part of the projection part 35a is chipped when the catch 35 is engaged with the part to be locked 37.
