Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mix a soln. contg. ≥15vol.% water-soluble org. solvent with a soln. contg. ≥50vol.% water as the principal solvent in a liq. feeding pipe without causing defective mixing or foaming.
CONSTITUTION: When materials practically insoluble in water are separately dissolved in water-soluble org. solvents and the resulting coating solns. are mixed and made uniform in a liq. feeding pipe immediately before coating, the concn. of the water-soluble org. solvent in one of the coating solns. is regulated to 15-60vol.% and the concn. of the water-soluble org. solvent in the other and the water content are regulated to 5-50vol.% and ≥50vol.%, respectively.
