To provide a photographic print laminate having high apparent gloss, high stiffness and various recording performances on the back face by controlling the center average surface roughness of the surface of a paper base to be coated with a resin layer to a specified value or below and incorporating an inner sizing agent into the paper base.

A photographic substrate 3 is prepared by coating the one surface of a paper base 4 essentially consisting of natural pule with a resin layer (A) 7 which can form a film and then coating the opposite surface of the paper with a resin layer (B) 6 which can form a film. Then a photographic print 1 of a silver halide photographic material having a silver halide photographic layer 10 after development and a sheet 12 are laminated with an adhesive on the photographic substrate 3. The surface of the paper base 4 to be coated with the one resin layer (A) 7 is controlled to be ≤1.3μm center average surface roughness in the paper making direction measured by using a contact three-dimensional surface roughness meter with 0.8mm cutoff. The paper base contains an inner sizing agent. A heat-sensitive adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied on the sheet 12.
