A photographic print system comprises a mobile phone 10 of the user, a terminal machine 40 in each shop, and a service server 30 capable of transmitting and receiving information to and from the mobile phone 10 of the user and the terminal machine 40 in each shop via the Internet 26. The service server 30 collects information representative of operation conditions such as scheduled times of finishing of photographic prints in individual shops, from terminal machines 40 of the shops connected via the Internet 40 and manages the collected information by an operation condition database. When an inquiry about the operation condition in each shop is made from the mobile phone 10 of the user, information representative of information and operation conditions of shops in a prescribed area, which are suitable for utilization of the user, is extracted from the information managed by the operation condition database on the basis of a present communication area or the like of the mobile phone 10 of the user and reports the extracted information to the mobile phone 10 of the user.
