Abstract:
To provide a sufficiently speedy washing step in which contaminants are removed and washing time is short to shorten the time necessary for total processing including developing, bleaching, fixing and washing stages.
The photographic washing bath includes a chamber filled with a washing solution for a silver halide photographic material. The washing solution has <pH 7 and contains water in which an oxidizing agent having at least 1 V oxidation potential and present at 0.05-2 mol/l concentration has been dissolved.
