Abstract:

To provide an inexpensive photographing device where dimmer control for a flash light is properly conducted and no unpleasant sense is given to an object person and to provide a principal authentication device adopting this photographing device.

A light guide member 13 blocks incidence of a flash light emitted from a flash 2 and reflected in a colored glass pane 11 onto a flash sensor 3 at photographing. Furthermore, the light guide member 13 leads the light passing through the colored glass pane 11 and reflected in a user 20 to the flash sensor 3. Since the dimmer of the flash 2 is performed without being affected by the light reflected in the colored glass 11, the user 20 can be photographed at a proper lightness. Then an excellent photographing image can be obtained.
