PURPOSE: To provide a miniaturized and compact photographing stand used for taking pictures in various sizes.

CONSTITUTION: A photographing stand 1 is composed of a main body 10 of the stand for holding printed matters such as photographs on the front face side, a leg part 20 freely turnably formed on the rear face of the main body 10 of this stand, and a cover 30 supported to the main body 10 of the stand so as to be freely opened/closed for covering the front face side of the main body 10 of the stand when it is closed. Both side parts 13c and 13c at the main body 10 of this stand are provided with a pair of slits 14 for inserting and holding the printed matters. On the other hand, a clip 15 for holding the printed matter is fitted to the lower center of the main body 10 of the stand.
