Abstract:
To provide a material for three-dimensional printing suitable for a dental correction supply excellent in toughness and water resistance.SOLUTION: A photopolymerizable composition comprises:(a) 50 wt.% to 90 wt.% (including both end values) of urethane (meth)acrylate mixture formed of a component containing 80 mass% or more of a component having a number average molecular weight of 1,000 or more and a remainder having a number average molecular weight less than 1,000, or a component with a molecular weight of optional one or more straight chain portions between two reactive groups and/or branches of less than 1,000 and a number average molecular weight of 2,000 or less; (b) 5 wt.% to 50 wt.% (including both end values) of polyfunctional methacrylate-reactive diluent having a molecular weight of 400 or less and containing no urethane functionality; and (c) 0.1 wt.% to 5 wt.% (including both end values) of photoinitiator; and (d) optionally 0.001 wt.% to 1 wt.% (including both end values) of inhibitor. The photopolymerizable composition has viscosity of 10 Pa s or less at 40°C, and contains no monofunctional components, and a reaction product thereof has an elongation at break of 25% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
