PURPOSE: To obtain the photopolymerizable mixture suitable for laser beam recording in the visible wavelength region by incorporating a polymer binder, a compound having a polymerizable group and a photooxidation group in the molecule, and a metal-locene compound as a photoreaction initiator.
CONSTITUTION: The photopolymerizable mixture is composed essentially of (a) the polymer binder, (b) the compound polymerizable by a free radical mechanism and having a polymerizable group and a photooxidation group in the molecule, and (c) the metallocene compound as the photoreaction initiator, and a combination of as the binder having an acid value of 190, a styrene/n- hexyl methacrylate/methcrylic acid terpolymer, as the polymerizable compound, a trimethyleneglycol dimethacrylate, and as the photoreaction initiator, dicyclopentadienyl-bis-pentafluorophenyl-titanium is excluded from the combinations of the constituents.
