Abstract:
To provide a photoresponsive material that can be deformed or solidified by irradiation with a light, even at a small amount of light.
This photoresponsive material is composed of a polymer comprising both a first component having a functional group with a branched structure at the end of a side chain, and a second component having a pigment that can cause an isomerization reaction by light irradiation. When light is irradiated to the material, it is deformed for the response. When light is irradiated to the material with a substance or material body disposed thereon, it responds with the substance or body fixed thereon.
