Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive colored composition maintaining a high transmittance before and after a developing process, showing good lithographic properties (pattern linearity, residue), and excellent in reducing luminance unevenness, a cured film, a color filter, and a liquid crystal display element, a solid-state image sensor and organic EL device using the color filter.SOLUTION: The photosensitive colored composition comprises a colorant (A), a resin type dispersant (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C), a photopolymerizable monomer (D) and a phosphate compound (E) having an ethylenically unsaturated group, in which the resin type dispersant (B) contains a resin type dispersant (B1) having an acid value of 40 to 100 (mgKOH/g), and the content of the resin type dispersant (B1) is 80 to 100 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the whole resin type dispersant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
