Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive composition which enables formation of a pixel division layer capable of obtaining high brightness even at a low drive voltage in an organic EL display device.SOLUTION: A photosensitive composition contains (a-1) a benzodifuranone-based black pigment and/or (a-2) a perylene-based black pigment having a benzimidazole skeleton, (b) a resin, (c) a photosensitive agent and (d) a solvent, in which a value of X in expression (1): X=T2/A is 55 to 125. In the expression (1), T2 represents an average value when a spin-spin relaxation time (ms) measured by a Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill method by a pulse nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus of a measurement nucleus1H for a T2 measurement sample is measured three times. A represents a content (wt.%) of all components obtained by removing a particle component and a solvent component in the T2 measurement sample, and is 6.50-8.80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
