Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive composition excellent in curability even in such cases that a substance such as a colorant which attenuates or blocks irradiation light is present at a high concentration, that a thick film is formed, and that a light source emitting visible light to infrared light, particularly infrared light at a low energy is used.SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition comprises (A) an onium salt represented by general formula (1), (B) a sensitizer and (C) a radical polymerizable compound, as essential components. In formula (1), Rf each independently represents an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom, an alkenyl group having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, or an aryl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, in which a hydrogen atom bonded to a carbon atom in the group is replaced by a fluorine atom by 80% or more; and Arepresents a monovalent onium cation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
