Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive composition which enables formation of an optical filter that suppresses permeation of light in the vicinity of a wavelength of 660 nm, can permeate light on a lower wavelength side than a wavelength of 600 nm in a wide wavelength region and is excellent in fingerprint authentication accuracy, is less likely to generate a foreign matter by solvent shock, and is excellent in development property (pattern shape with less development residue and reduced in chipping).SOLUTION: A photosensitive composition contains a pigment (A), an alkali-soluble resin (B), a polymerizable compound (C), and a photopolymerization initiator (D), in which the pigment (A) contains a zinc halide phthalocyanine pigment (A-1) and a pigment (A-2) represented by general formula (1), and the total content of the zinc halide phthalocyanine pigment (A-1) and the pigment (A-2) represented by general formula (1) is 95 mass% or more in 100 mass% of the pigment (A).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
