Abstract:
To provide a heat developable photographic photosensitive material having satisfactory sensitivity, low fog and good raw stock preservability and giving an image having good residual color and sharpness.
In a method for preparing a photosensitive liquid for the heat developable photographic photosensitive material containing photosensitive silver halide and a reducible silver source, ≥30 mass% of the solvent of the photosensitive liquid is water and the photosensitive liquid contains an oxidizing agent and a chalcogen atom-containing compound. The heat developable photographic photosensitive material is obtained by applying the photosensitive liquid.
