To provide a photo processing apparatus capable of properly feeding a photosensitive material to a processing part on the downstream side without causing damages to the photosensitive material.
This sensitive material conveying unit includes multiple sets of roller pairs for pressingly conveying the photosensitive material. The multiple sets of roller pairs are arranged at predetermined intervals so that a conveying path which is joined to the processing part for performing a predetermined processing while conveying the sensitive material can be formed. The multiple sets of roller pairs are disposed so as to form the conveying path in which the downstream-most part directly coupled to the processing part is positioned further upward than the upstream side. Each roller pair is so formed that at least one roller is rotatingly driven in one direction about the axis thereof by receiving the drive force from a drive source and that both rollers are rotatable in one direction about the axis to allow the photosensitive material to move on the downstream side.
