PURPOSE: To uniformize the temp. distribution in a drying rack by using a ceramics hot wind heater as a heater for forming hot wind.

CONSTITUTION: The ceramics heater 34 is disposed below the drying rack 104 which heats the blast from a fan and forms hot wind. The plural ceramics heaters 100 are juxtaposed in this ceramics hot wind heater 34. The respective heater 100 is formed by passing this heater respectively perpendicularly through plural aluminum sheets 101 disposed in parallel with each other as one block and juxtaposing these blocks. The respective heaters 100 are provided with power source supply terminals 100A and the plural aluminum sheets 101 constitute the fins for uniformizing the temp. distribution as heat sources. The tungsten heaters are embedded into the ceramics of the respective heaters 100. Thereby the heater 34 have the characteristics that the heaters attain a specified temp. in the fast rising state regardless of the difference in the resistance and do not increase the temp. any more when the specified temp. is attained. The temp. distribution of the drying rack 105 is uniformized in this way.
