Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the processing device which can execute good processing even with a small volume of a processing liquid and can be constituted to a small size.
CONSTITUTION: Two kinds of the processing liquids W1, W2 are parted by a partition wall 12 and a solvent liquid D within a processing tank. The volume of the solvent, an overflow hole and the volume of the processing liquids are so set that the liquids flow over to an upstream side when the processing liquid W2 is replenished to a downstream side. An opening end 36 for sucking dust exists near the boundary of the solvent liquid and the processing liquids. A cooling means 30 and a heating means 32 are provided in the solvent liquid.
