PURPOSE: To evade the mixture of mutual processing liquids in the case of having strong impact such as an earthquake by setting a means which senses and transmits the impact had on a processor and a liquid level adjusting means which changes a liquid level without increasing and decreasing the quantity of the processing liquid in a processing tank.
CONSTITUTION: When a vibration meter senses the strong impact such as the earthquake, the rotor of a three-way switching cock 34 is rotated to a position where the upper valve opening 344 and the valve opening for discharge 345 of a cock main body communicate through a bent passage 346. Therefore, air L in an expanding body 20 is pressed out by the pressure of the processing liquid 2 in the processing tank 10A and a bellows body 22 is contracted, then the volume of the expanding body 20 is decreased and the liquid level 2a in the processing tank 2 is lowered. Since the liquid level is instantaneously lowered at a high speed against the sudden strong impact such as the earthquake, the mixture of the processing liquids is evaded.
