A photosensitive planographic pringing plate contains a compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups that can be radically polymerized, in a molecule, an alkali soluble or swelling high molecular compound, and 0.01-5 wt.% of an organic solvent. A photosensitive composition further contains a diazo compound.
