Title:
PHOTOSENSITIVE PLANOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001272789
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an excellent photosensitive planographic printing plate 1) having a matte capable of attaining vacuum adhesion in a short time to such a degree that the printing plate can be satisfactorily adapted to a vacuum adhesion method, 2) having a matte with the necessary adhesive power, 3) not including a matte which causes trouble and 4) not including useless matte grains (grains out of the objective size), with respect to a photosensitive planographic printing plate having a matte on the plate surface by matting.

In the photosensitive planographic printing plate with a photosensitive layer having a matted surface on a base, the average diameter of the contact faces of the formed matte grains brought into contact with the plate surface is 4-50 μm, the average grain height is 2-20 μm and the dimensionless standard deviation of grain heights given by dividing the standard deviation of grain heights by the average grain height is ≤0.7.
