Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation connector.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation connector includes a male plug and a female plug. Each of the male plug and the female plug includes a plastic case and a conductive wire provided with a metal terminal at one end thereof, and the conductive wire and the metal terminal at one end thereof are tightened in a first plastic case according to an injection molding method by an injection molding machine. In other words, fixing connection of the metal terminal and the conductive wire (including a first conductive wire and a second conductive wire) is completed by the injection molding method. This avoids such a serious risk that when the hook of a metal card installed in the plastic case is assembled with the hook of the metal terminal, they will not positionally match with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
