Title:
PHYSICAL AMOUNT SENSOR USING RESISTANCE EQUIPPED WITH MIGRATION PREVENTING PATTERN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2968111
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a temperature sensor which can prevent the generation of migration in a Pt resistance body pattern, and accordingly prevent the increase of the resistance value of the Pt resistance body pattern, measure the temperature with excellent accuracy, and which is not so expensive, e.g. as a thermocouple thermometer, without requiring a device to retain 0°C like a physical amount sensor utilizing the thermoelectromotive force even when the sensor is placed aboard a vehicle.
CONSTITUTION: This temperature sensor is constituted of a Pt resistance body pattern and a supporting body mainly composed of Al2O3 for supporting the Pt resistance body pattern. The Pt resistance body pattern has a Pt pattern of an inhibitory conductor of ionization components formed when the pattern is divided on the side of the negative polarity.
