Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor device which can have improved chemical resistance and environment resistance.SOLUTION: A physical quantity sensor device 10 includes a housing 30, a concave cavity part 31 having a bottom surface 36 and an inner peripheral surface surrounding the bottom surface 36, and a first filling resin 25 and a second filling resin 26 filling the cavity part 31. The inner peripheral surface has a first inner peripheral surface 33 and a second inner peripheral surface 34, and the second inner peripheral surface 34 is formed so as to be located above the first inner peripheral surface 33, and the first inner peripheral surface 33 and the second inner peripheral surface 34 are continuous to constitute a step 32. The first filling resin 25 is formed to cover the bottom surface 36, a lead frame 50, and the first inner peripheral surface 33, and the second filling resin 26 is formed to cover a physical quantity sensor 20 and the first filling resin 25 and is formed on an upper surface 35 or the second inner peripheral surface 34.
