A method for picking and individually allocating bottles containing compounds stored in a storage warehouse comprises installing intermediate trays on individually allocated intermediate portions of the storage warehouse, storing positional information for the bottles and storage trays on which these are placed in a control device, selecting the storage trays on which necessary bottles are placed upon picking request and transferring them to working sites, re-positioning the necessary bottles from the storage trays to the intermediate trays, re-positioning the bottles from the intermediate trays to racks or racks placed on working trays, and individually allocating the necessary bottles.
