PURPOSE: To provide a picture processor which effectively plots hue, color clearness and color purity being the characteristics of plotting.

CONSTITUTION: This picture processor is provided with an indicator 31, an input device including a surface 5 on which the indicator 31 moves, a main part 1 for regulating the position of the indicator 31 on the surface 5 and pressure by the indicator placed on the surface 5 and a frame storage part 22 for storing digital data regulating the color component content of a picture. The main part 1 simulates an electronic plotting brush conveying a drawing having the characteristic which is partially regulated by the pressure of the indicator 31 on the surface 5.
