PURPOSE: To transfer lots of picture data in high speed by connecting each picture memory, a picture data supply section and a picture data output section in parallel and connecting them in common with the 2nd data bus.

CONSTITUTION: Three data buses BD, GD and RD are provided as the 1st data bus to process three color picture data of blue, red and green and a data bus DB is provided as the 2nd data bus. The AB, CB represent address and control buses respectively. The picture data of each color fed to the inside of the processor is stored in picture memories 17a, 17b, 17c provided by each color and the picture memories are controlled by a command of the CPU18 via a bus controller 19 and an address controller 20. Then the picture data subject to picture processing by the CPU18 is outputted from a color picture output section 22.
