Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce influence given to an output by the dispersion of the input capacity of a switch and the dispersion of the capacity of a wiring and to obtain the stable output by connecting a fixed capacity having large capacity to a stray capacity in parallel. CONSTITUTION:While one ends of respective photoelectric sensors P11-Pn1, P12- Pn2...P1m-Pnm are connected to a driving voltage generating circuit VC, the other ends of the respective photoelectric sensors are connected through selecting switches S1-Sm to a signal line L in units of respective sensor groups. Further, a floating capacitor Cs is interposed between the signal line L and a ground, and a fixed capacitor Cf having the capacity larger than the capacity of this floating capacitor Cs is connected to the floating capacitor Cs in parallel. Conse quently, the dispersion of the input capacity of the switches S1-Sm and the disper sion of the capacity of the wiring can be absorbed by the fixed capacitor Cf. Thus, the influence given to the output by the dispersion of the input capacity of the switches S1-Sm and the dispersion of the capacity of the wiring can be reduced, and the stable output can be obtained.
