Title:
PICTURE READING AND EQUI-MULTIPLYING SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61285774
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the response speed of a picture reading and equi- multiplying sensor having a photoelectric conversion element, by including at least one of a specified hydrazone compound and an azo pigment in an optical conductor as an effective component. CONSTITUTION:An optical conductor is constituted by at least one of hydrazone compounds expressed by a formula I and an azo pigment as main components. [In the formula, Ar represents a naphthalene ring, an anthracene ring, a styryl group or its substituent, or a pyridine ring, a furan ring or a thiophene ring; and R represents an alkyl group or benzilic group.] As an insulating resin, e.g., epoxy resin, acrylic resin, polyamide resin, polyimide resin, butyrol resin, polyester resin, polycarbonate resin and the like are listed. They are selected based on film forming property, electric characteristics and the like of the optical conductor. The mixing weight ratios of the azo pigment, the hydrazone compound and the insulating resin are as follows: the ratio of azo-pigment/ insulating-resin is 1/3-3/1; and the ratio of hydrazone-compound/insulating-resin is 1/3-1/1.
