CONSTITUTION: In such a piecing method using a doubler 1 that a yarn end YA is drawn through a suction mouth 15 from a package 11 formed by doubling two feed yarns Y1 and Y2 followed by winding, and separated into two parts followed by piecing to the yarn end YB on feed yarn side, this method is characterized by delivering new yarn portion by rotating the package 11 reversely when failed in the above separation and by making such a separating operation again.
